    We do ship our orders worldwide with FedEx except for Europe, we do work with DHL for orders which will go to Europe.

    Our deadline for custom orders is 4 business days but most of the time we are dispatching them in 2-3 business days.

    Most of our design is painted with electrostatic black paint but if you message us about the color option you would like. We can customize its color for a little amount of extra.

    🌿 Information About Product Design and Production Process

    Design :
    I use a graphics tablet to create my designs. I use the inspiration I get from nature to reflect the details in my designs.

    Cutting:
    After the design process is completed, I cut the products meticulously on my special cutting machine. After the cutting process, I sand the products to ensure that they have a smooth texture.

    Dyeing Stage:
    After sanding, I paint the products carefully. I make my color choices carefully and take care to highlight the unique features of each product.

    End:
    To ensure the quality of the products, final checks are made and they are sent to you through a special packaging process. I prioritize quality and care at every step.

    Do you accept returns?

    We do accept returns in the first 30 days after your purchase but unfortunately, we don’t accept returns on orders which have gone 30 days after the purchase. But if you like to return your order because you didn’t like it the shipment costs are non-refundable.

    What happens if my order came damaged?

    Unfortunately, these kinds of things are happening occasionally, but don’t worry we can send a replacement or according to damage and if you accept we can give you a partial refund.

    I wanted to order a design but it is out of stock.

    We are trying to keep our designs stocked all the time but rarely we can go out of stock on some designs. If that happens just wait a couple of days or contact us via bennucraft@gmail.com so we can fasten the things up.

    Disclaimer and Import Duty

    Any sort of shipping cost is non-refundable on returns.

    Import duty:
    Import duty is applied in each country's own region. Import tax is the responsibility of the customer.
